RECIPES

 

 

 

 

Smoothasaurus

Cut two 1/4" slices from the top of one Horned Fruit. Remove pulp, leaving shell

whole, and blend with:

- 1/2 banana

- 1/2 orange

- 2 tbs. sugar

- Ice if desired

Pour blended juice back into empty shell.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stuffed Cuke-asaurus

Follow Treasure Chest instructions(shown below). Mix pulp with:

- 3/4 cup cooked rice

- 1 tbs. red bell pepper

- 1 tbs. broccoli

- Salt and pepper to taste

Fill shell with rice mixture, garnish, and serve.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eve's Secret Potion

Cut slices 1/4" thick off top of one Cuke-asaurus Horned Fruit. Save larger slice for

base. Remove pulp and discard seeds. Mix pulp with:

-1 shot banana liqueur

- 2 shots Pisco or Vodka

- 1 tsp. sugar

- Mineral water and ice as needed

Blend ingredients until creamy and cold. Garnish with cherry and banana wedge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Treasure Chest of Paradise

Follow Treasure Chest instructions (shown below). Mix pulp with:

- 1 sm. banana

- Honey to taste

- Blueberries, grapes, etc.

Pour mixture back into shell and top with one scoop ice cream. Garnish with

whip cream and a cherry.

 

 

 

You may also cook fruit pulp into sauces, jams, or whatever your creativity allows.

 

 

TREASURE CHESTS

Easy instruccions

 

 

 

1. Cut two 1/4" slices from side of fruit. Save first piece for top

 

 

 

 

2. Carve out center of second piece, yo form a ring and act as a base

 

 

 

 

3. With spoon, loosen pulp around inner edge of fruit.

 

 

 

 

4. Remove pulp from shell. Place shell on top of ring from step 2.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EASY 3-STEP APPETIZER

Enjoy a Taste of Paradise

 

 

 

1. Cut Fruit in half lengthwise

 

 

 

2. Slice into 1/4" pieces.

 

 

 

3. Sprinkle with sugar or salt, when entertaining serve with toothpics.
